How she looks isn't the issue, and it doesn't matter (she is beautiful, bald or not). And yeah, it is never "nice" to make fun of someone's looks.

I had no idea why she was blad, nor cared. She seem to be under the impression more people are aware of her life than perhaps are. Not sure if Rock knew of her condition (there are rumors he didn't write the joke, although I find that hard to believe).

The upshot is Smith was in the wrong to resort to violence.

There is trouble in that marriage for him to react like that.
